1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the IUsher website, RSVP pages, messaging services, or event coordination platform ("the Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use our Services.
2. Description of Services & Scope
IUsher provides event hospitality, guest reception, and digital coordination services in Amman, Jordan, under two primary operational models based on client agreements:
- Managed On-Site Ushering Services: Deployment of professional on-site reception and ushering teams to welcome attendees, guide seating, scan QR admission passes, and coordinate with venue staff.
- Software Access & Coordination Tools: Access to cloud-based coordination tools for dispatching WhatsApp invitations, processing digital RSVPs, and organizing seating assignments, without granting any intellectual property ownership or source code rights.
3. Organizer & Customer Responsibilities
When booking or using IUsher services as an event host or organizer, you agree to:
- Provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date event specifications, timelines, and guest allocations.
- Ensure that all guest names, contact numbers, and seating designations uploaded to the platform are accurate and legally acquired.
- Ensure that you have an appropriate lawful basis to collect and supply guest contact information for event coordination.
- Refrain from using our communication systems to transmit unsolicited promotional messages, spam, or unlawful material.
4. Data Processing & Respective Roles
These Terms establish the respective privacy responsibilities between the Event Organizer and IUsher:
- Organizer Role: The Event Organizer acts as the Data Controller with respect to event guest lists, determining the categories and accuracy of personal data provided.
- IUsher Role: IUsher acts as a Data Processor processing guest details strictly pursuant to the organizer's operational instructions. IUsher acts as a Controller solely for its own direct business inquiries and staff accounts.
- Lawful Basis: The Organizer represents that it has an applicable lawful basis under the Jordanian Personal Data Protection Law No. 24 of 2023 to collect and supply guest data to IUsher for event coordination.
- Standalone DPA: Where required by enterprise clients or organizational policies, a separate formal Data Processing Addendum (DPA) may be executed alongside the individual service agreement.
5. Contract-Specific Commercial Terms
All financial and commercial conditions are governed by individual agreements between IUsher and the client:
- Quotations & Scope: Service fees, staffing team sizes, and platform packages are established in formal service quotations or commercial proposals agreed upon by the client.
- Payment Schedules: Invoicing terms, payment milestones, and any applicable advance deposits are governed strictly by the specific terms of the approved customer contract. No advance deposit is implied unless expressly stipulated in that agreement.
- Cancellations & Rescheduling: Cancellation rights, refund eligibility, and event rescheduling terms shall strictly follow the provisions agreed upon in the individual client contract. Force majeure circumstances shall be addressed in good faith by both parties.
6. Staff Accounts & Access Security
Access to the staff portal and event administration tools is strictly restricted to authorized personnel. Authorized users are responsible for maintaining credential confidentiality and for all activities carried out under their accounts. You must notify IUsher immediately upon discovering any unauthorized access or security breach.
7. WhatsApp Messaging & Third-Party Infrastructure
IUsher utilizes third-party infrastructure providers including Meta Cloud WhatsApp API, Supabase, and Vercel. While we strive to maintain high availability and reliability, IUsher is not liable for service interruptions, telecom network delays, or carrier delivery failures outside of our direct operational control.
8. Acceptable Use & Restrictions
You agree not to engage in any of the following prohibited activities:
- Attempting to probe, scan, breach, or circumvent any platform security or authentication measures.
- Decompiling, reverse engineering, or scraping software and workflows associated with the platform.
- Using invitation links or QR check-in systems for fraudulent admission or unauthorized duplication.
- Interfering with or disrupting the normal operation of our servers and networks.
9. Intellectual Property
All intellectual property rights, trademarks, designs, user interfaces, and software code related to IUsher are the exclusive property of IUsher and protected by applicable copyright and intellectual property laws. No rights, software licenses, or source code ownership are granted except as explicitly set forth in formal agreements.
10. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability
Digital services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, IUsher disclaims all warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. Our operational obligations are limited strictly to the agreed scope set forth in the confirmed service agreement.
11. Governing Law & Competent Jurisdiction
These Terms of Service and any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to them, their subject matter, or their formation shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan (including the Electronic Transactions Law No. 15 of 2015, the Personal Data Protection Law No. 24 of 2023, and the Jordanian Civil Code).
The parties agree that the competent courts of Amman, Jordan, shall have jurisdiction over any legal proceedings arising out of or in connection with these Terms, without prejudice to any mandatory statutory rights or consumer protection provisions that cannot be contractually altered under applicable law.
